What are your session fees?

Session fees are $150 for individual therapy (50 minutes). I accept some insurance plans and offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Payment is due at the time of service.

What if I need support between sessions?

While I cannot provide crisis intervention via text or email, you can send brief messages about scheduling or session preparation. For mental health emergencies, please call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes, I offer secure video sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. This can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or who prefer the comfort of their own space.
